What are your earrings made out of?

-Each pair of earrings has a description of what exactly they are made from. My products range from polymer clay, to gold plated brass, to 14kt gold filled pieces. For polymer clay, the stud portion that goes into your ear is made from nickel-free titanium. 

How long does processing take?

-Please allow 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday) for processing.

How will my package ship?

-All packages will ship via USPS. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Do you do custom orders?

Can I return or exchange my order?

-Returns and exchanges will be done on a case by case basis. Please email sevendayweekendclub@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

I was head banging and my earring broke! Now what?

-We put Seven Day Weekend to the test in various different environments in order to withstand headbanging :) If by chance they did not pass the test, I would be more than happy to repair. Please send an email to sevendayweekendclub@gmail.com for more information.
